Our league ranks always were about who does what in the league, not about anyone having power over someone else. We are reorganizing the league ranks to make participation more accessible and to make it a little easier to follow that concept. Each rank has special permissions in-game, on the website, and discord channels. These permissions may change over time.
Here is how our ranks will be, some of it is new, some familiar:
League Rank 1 (& In-Game Rank 1) : Page
This is 1 of 2 introductory ranks into the league. At this rank, you were invited directly into the league UNREGISTERED by a Elite Knight officer. You can be promoted automatically to the next rank only after you register on the website.
You are not allowed to have any alts in the league. Inactivity while in this rank, may result in the removal from the league, although special circumstances are allowed.

League Rank 2 (& In-Game Rank 2) : Squire
This is 2 of 2 of the introductory rank of the league. You receive this rank automatically after REGISTERING (aka via approved application or Website Registration after already being invited to Rank 1 – Page).
You only allowed up to 2 alternative characters in the league at this time, to make it easier for us to recognize you by name. You must be active during this time. Inactivity while in this rank, may result in the removal from the league, although special circumstances are allowed.

League Rank 3 (In-Game Rank 5) : JK – Knight
This is a full member of the league. From here on you may have as many alts as you can play. When a member in this rank become inactive, they can remain in the league but will be listed as INACTIVE on the website and moved to in-game called “MIA” (MIA rank Explained below)

OFFICER RANKS
League Rank 4 (& In-Game Rank 6) : Honor Knight
This rank is for the truly trusted. Each member of this rank has earned the trust of the league. They have a good understanding of who we are as a league. They are known to be proficient in their in-game roles. They received notification of newly approved recruits via the website. They are able to invite new recruits that have approved applications. They are able to invite approved named-alts of Knights provided the character names are within the naming guidelines / if the names are questionable, they should message a council member. *For alts, they can promote newly invited alts to In-Game Rank 4 : Knight Alt (Knight Alt explained below)
This is an active rank. 3 months prolonged inactivity in this rank is moved to MIA status.
All previous access, but also includes:
Invite alts, or Squires/Rogues who are approved on the website
Discord Channels + LeaderChat
Additional website and forums access, Including:
-Able to receive notifications of approved applications
-Create Event on Event Calendar
League Rank 5 (& In-Game Rank 7) : Elite
Members of this rank are more than just a member by answering the call to help the league by any means, including to get new recruits situated into the league, forming groups and/or events. They help assist in the evaluation of the new recruits in-game, website, and even through our Discord Chat Channel. They are able to view applications, participate in the conversation with the applicants, and vote on applications. They can invite new recruits into Rank 1 – Page provided all naming guidelines of the new recruit are observed, they understand how rank works and the expected league conduct.
This is an active Rank. 3 months prolonged inactivity in this rank is moved to Honor Knight.
All previous access, but also includes:
Invite name approved new recruits into Rank 1
Hall decoration
Alts in other leagues are not acceptable
Additional website and forums access, Including:
-Able to comment/vote on application
League Rank 6 (In-Game Rank 8 ) : Council
Considered to be part of the League Leadership. Proficient in various areas that help the league. Members of this rank have full voting rights on new applications. They take part in open or closed discussions on various issues and events. If a situation arises that could be considered a violation to league rules or league cohesiveness, this rank has the task to determine if a violation to league rules or league cohesiveness did occur and report findings to Battlemaster & Commander for any needed ruling or correction.
This is an active Rank. 3 months prolonged inactivity in this rank is automatically moved to Elite Knight.
All previous access, but also includes:
Spend Prestige points to keep League Proficiencies active
Previous Discord Channels + Council Chat
Assists in the action of approved promotions of all other ranks.
League Rank 7 (In-Game Rank 9) : Battlemaster
This is the deputy to the league leader, tasked to do anything to keep the league going. All other duties from previous ranks.
This is an active rank. Rank until resigns. Prolonged inactivity in this rank is automatically moved to Council rank.
All previous access, but also includes:
-Withdrawal from League Bank 4 to be used to award prizes in competitions/events.
-Able to remove a member
League Rank 8 (In-Game Rank 10) : Commander
This is the league leader, tasked to do everything that is necessary to keep the league going.
Active Rank. Rank until resigns.

Miscellaneous In-game Only League Ranks for Administrative Purposes explained:
MIA rank. This rank signifies that you have been inactive in the league for sometime. We try to hold your spot for as long as the league member cap allows. If you return after being on MIA status in game, you can be promoted back to Rank: Knight. If we need space in the league roster to invite new recruits, we would remove members from this rank first.
Knight Alt. We are unable to carry ranks over to alts. This rank signifies this is an alt and your main has the correct rank and permissions. All Knight Alts have the same permissions as Rank: Knight.
